Commission Sculpting & Contract Casting/Mold making

In addition to our own ranges we are open for Commission sculpting, Casting and moldmaking as a service pending Availability, all our production is done in House Starting with 3D Sculpting, the 3D design can be done with 3D printed production in mind or Split for casting, if for Casting we print our Master figures in a High temp Resistent resin allowing these figures to go directly into production molds skipping the need for a master mold,

Reguardless of if the figures are traditional Sculpts or 3D prints, we make our molds from a variety of different Silicones or organic rubbers depending on whats suitable for the figure and use of the mold. we also have silicone curing from 70c for master molds from more fragile materiels or plastics which cant withstand the usual Heat.

once the molds are finished or your have got your own existing molds. we can cast them for you and post you the casting for you to package and Retail

Commision sculpting

we primarily Sculpt 28mm Fantasy and historical figures but are also able to do a variety of other scales and genre's

all our commision sculpts are Submitted to the client in the form a STL file, this can be used to share directly with your customers for printing, or to get printed as a master for casting.

when purchasing commission figures, you are buying the reproduction rights to that unique model. this service is intended for People or Buisnesses who intend to sell the figures rarther then hobbyists looking to add a model to there collection

Mold Making

our molds are all Vulcanised Silicone/rubber Spincasting molds for Pewter Casting, our standard molds are 9" diameter 1" deep,

we keep a stock of a couple of different silicones, and black rubber's with different Hardness(shore) Ratings so we can use the most appropriate materiel for the figures considering undercuts tear resistence

we also have the capability for some other sized molds like 12"

Spin Casting

we can do production runs for pretty much any 9-12" spincasting molds made by us or anyone else, and ship you the castings

spincasting is not only used for wargaming figures, some of the other different molds we have spun for people include badges and pennents
